I've experienced three major life resets—two divorces and the decision to leave my long-standing career. For years, my identity was entangled in others' expectations and opinions, leaving me lost and unsure of who I truly was. I spent years seeking answers outside of myself, believing I was doing the inner work, only to realize my beliefs and values were not my own.
